Where long term relationships are valued and promoted, we design and implement Special Claim Handling Procedures for the parties and act as liaison in executing the business recovery and claim recovery processes after a disaster. The focus of this service is to expedite the flow of information and fulfillment of requirements between an insured and its insurer by acting as a link between them. Each party gets their needs met in a timely professional manner while gaining invaluable insights on risk management, exposure analysis, loss control engineering, and relationship enhancement. Service fees are shared by the insured and insurer.
